We accept payments from all major credit/debit card companies. All payments will be processed through PayPal for insurance purposes. Tax is applied to all orders.
Self Care Friday ships orders via USPS and FedEx. Most orders will be shipped in Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope or First Class Mail for product protection. Some orders will automatically be upgraded/charged to a Priority Mail Medium Flate Rate Box depending on order size/weight. Also, some orders will be shipped in a Self Care Friday corrugated box. Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 24-48hours for your tracking number to become active.
International packages may be subject to go through customs. Yes, of course we do accept returns but ONLY if the product seal is unbroken and the product was not used. Please be honest, we know our products. If you return used products to us we will not grant a refund and you will have to pay the shipping fee in order to have the items returned back to you. Also, any items returned due to incorrect address, refused or unclaimed is subject to 15USD restock fee and the balance refunded in form of store credit only. Shipping fee is non-fundable.
In the event that your order is lost or missing in the mail we do advise you to follow up with the postal service and file a claim with them. All packages are insured. We also ask that you forward all details to our customer service department.
In the event your order is incorrect please email us a photo of what you have received and we will replace order in 48-72 hours. Please place 'Error With Order' in the subject line. Please contact us on the contact page if you have any questions or concerns.
